psychiatric aspects of men mental ¬ tal retardation as it affects both the retarded and their families He is clinical instructor De Department ¬ partment of Psychiatry at UBC where he lectures on mental re tardation to medical students He is also afmember of the Associa Association ¬ tion of Retarded Children of BC and chairman elect of the north northwest ¬ west Region of the American As
