Newcombe and win the 50000 Tarn Tennis Tournament Sunday Okker the No 3 seed from the Netherlands dropped the first set to Newcombe 6 3 and w s at the point of elimina elimination ¬ tion when he fell behind 4 1 in the second set However Okker rallied spectacularly from a 5 2 deficit won the 12 point tiebreaker and the set 7 6 Okker then fought back to capture the third and final set 6 3 with ease
