Integrated owned a sawmill at Louis Creek, near Kamloops and large sawmill and plywood plant at Merritt. Balco also acquired Integrated's subsidiary companies of Fadear Creek Lumber Co. and Nicola Valley Sawmills. Balison also reported'first quarter earnings $750,000 or 75 cents a share compared to $685,000 or 69 cents a share for the first four months of last year. He attributed the performance in part, to the additional profit contribution of Integrated. TUNNEL IS LENGTHY The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel in Detroit, Mich., is 5,135 feet Inner.
