A total of 1242 hours of services (July 1, 1991 - March 31, 1992) are required at the rate of $12.00 per hour. Services include: - Recruitment of volunteers and groups to work with residents of P.G.Y.C.C. - Development and implementation of a training program for volunteers. - Public relations activities to help in the recruitment, selection and training of volunteers. - Liaising with various community groups, organizations (social, cultural, religious and volunteer) to promote use of volunteers at P.G.Y.C.C.
