CUMMINGS ROAD SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION INVITATION TO TENDER
Sealed Tenders marked “Tender for the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George -Cummings Road Transfer Station' will be received at the office of the Fraser-Fort George Regional District at 987 Fourth Avenue, Prince George, B.C. up to 200 p.m. local time on 09 August 1991. Tenders will be opened at 2:15 p.m. August 09 1991 in the Regional District Office Daard Room.
Tender Documents may be obtained by Bona Fide Bidders only from the Prince George office of KLM Engineering Group Ltd. after 01 August 1991 upon submission of a non-refundable deposit of a Certified Cheque or Cash in the amount of $20.00 per set, payable to KLM Engineering Group Ltd.
Tender Documents will be lodged with the Prince George Construction Association. The work to be undertaken includes the following:
i) construction of two cast-in-place concrete retaining walls.
ii) construction of modular pre-cast concrete retaining wall.
iii) fabrication and installation of steel bin covers.
iv) earthworks and site grading.
Each Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the Tender Sum, plus a Consent of Surety. The Owner will accept cash or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of 10% of the Tender Sum in lieu of bonding.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner. The lowest or any Tender may not be accepted.
