 TWO GLORIOUS VILLAINS RETURN TO DAYTIME: Charles Keating, who chilled and thrilled “Another Worid" viewers for many years as the devious Carl Hutchins, will join the cast of “Port Charles” beginning Thursday, Aug. 16. The part, which is recurring, will also feature more than a touch of evil. Keating has recently guest-starred on the hot cable series, “Sex and the City” and continues to perform extensively in the theater.
 “As the Worid Turns” is getting its 50 - The Prince George
favorite villain back lata in August, when Anthony Herrera returns on a recurring basis as James Stenbeck. Herrera originated the role more than 20 years ago and has brought James back on several occasions, most recently in 1999. The character will be involved with his son Paul, as well as others in Oakdale. In real life, Herrera has been writing a book titled “The Cancer War,” and is himself a surviv or of lymphoma.
