The jackpot is good for a cash-option prize of $26.6 million before taxes, lottery officials said. Stephen Cooke said he did not realize until he went to claim the prize that he had bought two sets of winning numbers for Tuesday's drawing. "When I saw that one of my three tickets was a winner, I was in shock," said Cooke, who plans to use his winnings to buy a cabin on a lake and spend time fishing. "I didn't even think to check my other tickets." The other Mega Millions ticket was purchased in Portage, Mich. Had Cooke bought just one ticket, his gross winnings would have been about $11 million less. The winning numbers were 2-517-21-22, with a Mega Ball number 43. (CP) -- A 22year-old man sleeping on railway tracks after celebrating his birthday survived to see another one after a train rolled harmlessly over him early Wednesday morning. "This lucky individual had been sleeping in the middle of the train track and was not injured," Thunder Bay Police spokesman Chris Adams said in a statement. "The Thunder Bay man had just celebrated his birthday (on Tuesday). It could have easily been his last." Police responded to an emergency call shortly after 6:30 a.m. after officers were told a man had been run over by a train on the tracks near a swing bridge. They later learned the train had indeed rolled over him, but did not make contact.
