              Accused murderer gets bail in McKinney murder
     Quesnel — A 24-year-old Quesnel man charged with murder will be in court either today or tomorrow to set out the conditions of his release from custody.
     On Tuesday, Justice Eric Chamberlist granted bail to Robert Edward Copeland, but did not set out any specific conditions he must abide by while in the community.

 Tiffany McKinney was killed over five years ago.
  in Quesnel in September 1994, but her body was not recovered until the following spring. She had been buried in a shallow grave just south of that city after suffering a fatal blow to the head.
    Mr. Copeland and Mr. Forknall will go to trial in this city for six weeks in B.C. Supreme Court, beginning on September 18. Prior to that, however, their
