The public is invited out to look at the night sky through the giant telescope of the Royal Astronomical Society’s PG chapter. Come out on October 26 about a half-hour past sundown and see the sights up above. Members of the RAS will continue to attend society-only viewings through the month of November. People can becomi members of the local RAS chapter by looking them up on the internet or by coming to their next general meeting, which will be October 31 at 7:30 p.m. at McLoud Nine Eatery.
