iff" 0 :w m$ just like everyone else. I would like to say Way to go Jason, you put on one heck of a show and keep it up. As many of you that were at the concert who saw the lone figure walk up to center stage and bow to Martina McBride and tip his hat in a heart thank full gesture. Don't believe every thing you read in the papers about the good people try to do in the world of performing arts. Who knows maybe this lone figure did it as a bet?? Well hope all of you ISSUE 3 1996 OimmWwj SPfcttWOHe u&ii& W Janice Gordon On January 27th there was a spectacular concert at the multiplex as many of you already know. Jason McCoy, Martina McBride, and John Berry. All three performers put on an excellent show. Each one personalized themselves with the audience by telling us a little about their personal lives. Which in my case made the concert that much more wonderful. People seem to always think that "Super Stars" are not ordinary people. However I believe that these three perform OrQWibufr Vtl u& ers proved this theory (for themselves) wrong. I talked to Jason McCoy's manager and he said that Jason would be coming back to the Salmon Valley Music Festival once again. So if you missed Jason at the Multiplex, then not to worry you will have the opportunity to see him again. Jason was even seen at Viva's where he sat and listened to the band for awhile before retiring for the evening. Now if this man thinks he is a "Super star" then why would he go and sit out in a public place that were at the concert that Saturday enjoyed the performers as much as I did. And all you country fans don't forget to get your tickets for the up and coming concerts like the Sammy Kershaw, Lisa Brokop, and Mark Collie concert on March 14 and of course the Clay Walker and Terri Clarke on March 22. I would also like to say thank you to Mr. Ron Sakamoto for the tickets to the concert. And special thanks to Nadine Pearson for her fabulous pictures. Wl
