This
movie
stars
three
very
successful
actresses,
Bette
Midler,
Goldie
Hawn,
and
Diane
Keaton.
These
three
women
were
the
best
of
friends
in
high-school
and,
as
most
school
relationships,
lost
touch
over
the
years.
Due
to
the
death
of
their
fourth
group
member,
the
women
meet
25
years
later
at
her
funeral.
After
the
funeral
the
three
have
a
catch-up
session,
and
learn
of
each
others
failed
marriages
and
desperate
lives.
The
trio
decides
to
fight
back
against
their
ex-husbands,
who
have
all
become
wealthy
because
of
them,
by
forming
a
First
Wives
Club.
Digging
up
dirt
on
all
three
men,
the
women
win
the
battle
and
become
incredibly
wealthy.
They
realize
that,
by
seeking
revenge,
they
are
no
better
than
their
ex-husbands.
Instead,
they
decide
to
help
all
women
kind
by
opening
a
women's
center
in
loving
memory
of
their
dearlyJeparted
friend.

sure
that
"The
First
Wives
Club"would
have
been
an
enjoyable
movie,
if
it
wasn't
for
the
fact
that
I
am
a
guy.
Nothing
in
the
movie
interested
me.
There
was
very
little
humor,
no
suspense
and
no
action.
I
would
have
to
say
that
on
the
old
"Sleep
Meter"
this
movie
rated
FIVE
Z's.

I
thought
this
show
was
really
quite
entertaining.
There
were
many
quirky
points
of
womanhood
that
only
women
would
understand,
and
enjoy.
I
thought
that
the
casting
of
actresses
was
perfect.
They
made
the
movie
what
it
was.
I
would
definitely
suggest
seeing
this
movie
and
making
a
girls
night
