As a team, each of the editors has a key role in developing the Free Forum newspaper. The editors work together to develop content, find images, create graphics, and put them together in an interesting way. As a group, the editors decide how Free Forum can be improved, what issues are important to people at the college, and how Free Forum can connect to CNC. Besides working as a team, each editor has essential jobs of his or her own, so here is a brief description of them. The Editor-in-Chief is a strong, organized leader the trucks and the board, and is controlled with a small slide switch. He or she copy-edits, hunts down missing articles, and creates or edits images mostly using Photoshop, and provides photography when needed (we don't have a digital camera so it's not always easy). The Production Editor is a dedicated and organized individual whose job it is to put the whole paper together. Using Indesign, he or she creates the layout for the Free Forum.
